ZuKeepr recommends ACH Direct Debit for monthly tuition. Families using ACH pay $30 less per month than card users on a $1,200 tuition — that's $360 saved per year per child. Daycares always receive 100% of their tuition regardless of the payment method chosen.

Is applying really free?
100% free. Browse every listed daycare and send as many applications as you like — you won't be charged a single cent until a daycare accepts you. No credit card required to apply.
When exactly am I charged the $10?
Only after a daycare accepts your application. It's a one-time admin fee that covers onboarding your family. You won't see it again — ever.
How does the $3 platform fee work?
It's $3 per invoice paid through the app — not a flat monthly subscription. One child enrolled = $3 per invoice. Two kids enrolled = $6 per invoice. Add a sport or activity through the platform = another $3. You always know exactly what you'll owe before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
ACH Direct Debit and credit or debit cards. Direct Debit costs 0.8% per transaction, capped at $5 — it's our recommended option for recurring monthly tuition and keeps costs low for your family. Credit and debit cards cost 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. These are Stripe's standard processing fees, passed through at cost. ZuKeepr does not mark them up.
Can I switch payment methods?
Yes, anytime. Head to Payment Settings in your profile to update your payment method. The change takes effect on your next billing cycle — your existing enrollments and payment history are never affected.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you need to — we'll never hold you to anything.
How do daycares get paid?
Daycares set their own tuition rates and are paid directly by families. All payments are processed securely through Stripe — fast, safe, and fully transparent.
My daycare just joined ZuKeepr — do I pay the $10 fee?
No — the $10 admin fee only applies to parents who find and apply to a new daycare through ZuKeepr. If your daycare is already enrolled and invited you directly, there is no admin fee. You'll be set up automatically and can start using the platform right away.
